What your Premium row says

You're on the free tier

The row says "Free. Turns on the AI features once a person approves it." You haven't asked yet, or an earlier premium has ended.

What to do: tap it and send a request. The rest of the app works as normal in the meantime.

A person hasn't decided yet

The row says "Request sent — we'll let you know". Your request is waiting. It grants nothing until it's approved, and the app doesn't change in the meantime.

What to do: nothing. Check Profile again later. We don't send a notification for this. You can't send a second request until this one is decided.

This request wasn't approved

The row says "Not approved" and shows a note from us if we left one. It isn't a ban. You can ask again.

What to do: read the note, then tap Request again and tell us a bit more about your trip and how you'd help.

You have premium until that date

The row says "Premium until" and a date. Premium is on through that whole day. The AI assistance and Weather forecasts switches now appear below it.

What to do: turn on what you want. See Turning on AI assistance. When the date passes you're back on the free tier. See When premium ends or isn't renewed.

You're a Founding member

The row says "Premium" and "Founding member · never expires". Your Profile also carries a Founding member mark. There's nothing to renew or request.

The row only shows when you're signed in

If you're browsing without an account, there's no Account or Premium row. Sign in with Apple and it appears. If you're signed in and it's missing, update the app, then see Premium isn't showing up.
