When premium ends or isn't renewed

What happens on the date

Premium runs through the whole of the day you were given, then stops. Nothing is checked on a timer. The app learns premium has ended the next time your sign-in refreshes, which happens in the background, so it can take a little while to show.

• The AI assistance and Weather forecasts switches disappear from Profile.
• The Profile row goes back to Request premium access, so you can ask again.
• New AI answers stop, and the AI rows on your days (lunch, ideas, where to stay) go back to how they look for everyone else.

What doesn't change

• Your trips, saved places and schedules are untouched. A trip planned with AI help stays planned.
• Auto-plan and Re-plan still work. They run on your phone and don't need premium.
• Trip mates, PDF export and everything else free stay free.

If you want more time

Ask again from Profile once the row lets you. We don't renew premium automatically, because every extension is a person's decision. Tell us what you've been using it for and how you've helped. That's what we look at.

If it ended early

A person can end an approved premium before its date, for example if the Terms were broken (see Fair use of AI trip planning). If that happens your Profile row goes back to Request premium access. If you think it's a mistake, write to us.

Founding members

Founding membership doesn't expire, so none of this applies. See What premium is.
