Email or WhatsApp is the fastest way. Tell us what you were doing, and the app version from Profile → About if you can.

Signing in
You can browse OffYaGo without an account. Planning, saving and sharing trips needs one, and you sign in with Sign in with Apple. If sign-in fails, check your connection and try again, then write to us.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, inside the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm with Apple (Face ID). We then delete your account, trips, saved places, trip mate code and premium requests, remove you from any shared trip, and revoke OffYaGo's access to your Apple ID. It can't be undone. If it doesn't finish, the app tells you; try again, or write to us and we'll finish it.
Premium and AI help
OffYaGo is free, with no ads and no purchases. AI help (where to eat, where to stay, ideas for a free day, travel times) is by invitation, and a person switches it on. To ask, open Profile → Request premium. When it's approved, turn on AI assistance in Profile. AI features send trip details such as places and dates, and anything you type to the adviser, to Google Gemini or Perplexity, only after you turn them on.
Trip mates
To plan with someone, each of you needs an account. Your mate shows you their Mate code (Profile → Account → Mate code); you enter it from your trip with Invite. A trip mate can add places and leave the trip at any time. The organiser can remove a mate or stop sharing.
Notifications
We only send service messages and trip-sharing requests, never marketing. Turn them on or off in Profile → App → Notifications, or in your iPhone's Settings.
A wrong hour, price or place
Hours, prices and timetables change, so check anything important with the official source. If something in the app is wrong, or you know a place we've missed, tell us and we'll fix it. Where our information comes from is on the Information Sources page.
