My plan looks wrong

A day too full, too empty or in a strange order? Why it happens and what to change before you write to us. Needs an account

A day looks too packed

Set Pace to Relaxed in Profile → App, then Re-plan. Relaxed days have fewer stops and a shorter day.
Add a day with Change trip length, then Re-plan.

It's often a light day by design: a long journey, a rest after a flight, or a buffer day you added. See Why a place isn't on a day, and why a day looks empty. A premium traveller can ask for ideas to fill it. See Day ideas for a free day.

Use Reorder areas in the trip menu, then Re-plan. The proposed order starts and ends at your Home Base. See Home Base.

Before you build a schedule, times are drafts, marked ≈. See Build your schedule.
After it, a change in the plan makes the times stale: use Update times.
Opening hours are the usual hours. Premium can check closures for your dates. See Check this trip online.

Look at its label: Routed, AI suggested or Estimate. See Travel times between areas. Please tell us about any that are really off.

Most edits wait for a re-plan. The trip card says what's waiting. See Auto-plan and Re-plan.
