Sign-in problems
Sign in with Apple not working, signed out unexpectedly, or can't get back in? Start here.
The sign-in sheet doesn't finish
- Check your connection and try again.
- Check you're signed in to an Apple Account on the iPhone (Settings → your name).
- If it fails, the app shows an alert and lets you carry on browsing. You can try again from Profile.
You were signed out
A sign-in can lapse. Sign in with Apple again. Your trips and saved places are in your account and come back. A message such as "Your session needs signing in again" means exactly this.
You can't pass the lock screen
Use your PIN, or Face ID or Touch ID. Forgotten it? Tap Forgot PIN? Sign Out, then sign in again. See App Lock: PIN, Face ID and Touch ID.
You used a different Apple ID
An account belongs to the Apple ID that created it. Signing in with another Apple ID opens a different, empty account. Sign in with the original one to see your trips.
You deleted your account and want it back
Deletion can't be undone. Signing in with the same Apple ID again creates a new, empty account. See Deleting your account.
Other sign-in options
Sign in with Apple is the only way to sign in.
