Your privacy in brief
What OffYaGo collects, what it doesn't, who receives it and how to delete it. The Privacy Policy is the full statement.
The short version
We use your name and email from sign-in to run your account and keep your trips with it. We collect usage and crash reports to keep the app working. We don't sell your information, there are no ads, and we don't take payments.
What we collect
- When you sign in: your name and email from Sign in with Apple (a private relay address if you chose Hide My Email), and an account identifier.
- What you create: trips, saved places, travel preferences, home base, trip mate details and premium requests.
- Usage and crash reports through Google Firebase: which screens and buttons, how long requests take, and what went wrong in a crash. They're tied to an account identifier, not your name or email.
- A monthly usage report of counts, tied to a random install ID and your account. This is what powers Running cost.
What we don't collect
Your device's location. Your camera, photos, contacts or health data. If you lock the app with Face ID, that check stays on your phone.
