OffYaGo Insiders, for tour operators

Independent tour operators can apply on offyago.io to plan trips with their guests in OffYaGo. A person reads every application.

OffYaGo Insiders are independent tour operators who plan trips with their guests in OffYaGo, instead of in long email and message threads. You and your guests build one shared trip. They save the places they're dreaming of, you shape them into days, and everyone sees the same plan, with the order and the travel times worked out.

What an Insider gets

  • One trip, shared with your guests. They add places and you can see who added what. See Planning with trip mates.
  • Days made for them. The planner works out the order and the travel times, and you make it yours.
  • Help with your places. Send us the basics about a place and your photos, and the OffYaGo team writes it up. If your photos fall short, we look for licensed ones.
  • Nothing to keep up to date. The places and travel times are ours to look after.
  • Reuse or personalise. Copy a trip that worked for your next guests, or make it personal for them and keep both.

We're early. How Insiders are credited and rewarded is something we'd rather shape with you than decide for you, so we promise no payment, bookings or reach.

How to apply

  1. Go to offyago.io/insiders and tell us about you and your tours: your name, business, city and country, phone, a few lines about your tours, and links where we can see your work, such as your website, reviews or licence.
  2. Choose the email and password you'll sign in with.
  3. We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to send your application. Nothing is kept about you until you do.

What happens next

A person at OffYaGo reads your application and looks at your links. Nothing is approved automatically. We reply by email either way. If it's a yes, we invite you to try OffYaGo on iPhone. Open the app, tap the small Sign in with email line under the Apple button, and use the email and password you chose. Until then you can't sign in. If it's a no, we delete the details you sent and tell you.

Who sees what you send

Only people at OffYaGo who review applications see your application. Your guests and other trip mates see your first name, or the name you choose in the app, and nothing else from it. Your password is stored by our sign-in service in a form we can't read. See Your privacy in brief and the Privacy Policy.
